Hanging leg raises from a pull up bar or the ‘ iron gym ‘ doorway bar with ab straps will work both lower and upper abs intensely. Check out my abs, I never do sit ups or crunches. and hanging leg raises feel so much better imo.

He says it’s a lot easier than doing it himself, and he means that having Robin demonstrate the exercises is a lot easier than doing it himself. It’s kinda hard to explain the exercises the way he does while at the same time performing them.
