Yoga is as hard as you make it. You only have to push into a pose as deep as you want to or are able to.

You do not need to be flexible to do yoga. If you do yoga, you will become more flexible, no matter where you start out. It&#039;s kind of funny that ppl that aren&#039;t flexible think they can&#039;t do yoga - you would never say &quot;Well, I can&#039;t bench-press 200 lbs, so there is no point in going to the gym to lift weights.&quot; Start out simple, and you will progress.

There are many different kinds of yoga - Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin, Power Flow, Bikram&#039;s, to name a few. If your college offers a few different types, read up on them first to see what sounds the most interesting to you.

Most of all - just have fun with it!</description>
