Is there any cure for infertility through yoga ? I have been trying to conceive sonce last 3 years, but no use?

I am afraid yoga will not solve an ovulatory or sperm deficiency. Both of you should go to a doctor and be tested.

I;m sorry but yoga will not cure infertility. However this is what my friends doc suggested after she’s been trying to conceive for seven years and finally going to see him for fertiloity treatments( never going to a doctor before to ask whats up) : Go on the pill for a while ( we’re talking months here), the get off the pill.
She did that , got off and was pregnant a month later/
However, the risk of becoming multiples is high when you conceive right after you got off the pill.
So wait a couple of months before you start trying. ( use a condom)
