How to reduce obesity through yoga?
narayan gm asked: I need to reduce my waist by 4 inches as per doctor advise .
I am presently walking for 20 minutes daily & doing pranayams for 20 minutes daily . But weight & waist have not reduced from last 1 year . pls, advise.

What you are doing is very good, but I dont think you will lose that weight by that means alone. Check out

Why don’t you try a fat burning class or Pilates then? In order for your body to change you are going to have to mix it up… trick your body persay.
