12 Hour Cure For Yeast Infection
Of course, you don’t “have to” do anything; instead, as with many things, it’s about what is most effective, beneficial, or works best for you.
That said, I would say for almost all people, it’s most beneficial to consistently breathe through nose (both inhale and exhale) during your entire asana practice (vinyasa or not).
Nose breathing acts as a regulator, preventing you from working too hard.
If you are working so hard you feel the need to breath through the mouth, you should back off a bit, until your respiratory capacity increases enough to enable you to work at that intensity while only nose breathing.
There are many benefits to consistent nose breathing.

alot of vinyassa yoga teachers will recommend you breath only in and out your nose – but they will usually qualify that with “if you are able”
What i do is start off using my nose but as i need more air or as this one forgets the natural mouth nose combo is still excellent
the most important thing is to do the body movements then add the nose breathing as you are able
some people have trouble breathing through their noses but that should not stop them from doing the yoga Asanas.
Depending on the sequence, one will want to most importantly co-ordinate the in and out breaths with each move. This is the fundamental part – nose or not.
